Outdoor products should not be used during unsafe weather conditions such as strong winds, storms, heavy rain, or snow when such conditions could make their use unsafe.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kaymarli Home is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, severe weather, or failure to follow applicable product instructions.

6. Pricing

All product prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless clearly stated otherwise.

Product prices, discounts, and promotions may change before an order is placed. The product price displayed during checkout when an order is submitted is the price applicable to that order, subject to correction of clear technical or pricing errors.

Kaymarli Home provides free FedEx 2-day shipping on eligible orders within the United States. The standard outbound shipping cost for eligible U.S. orders is $0.00.

Any exceptional shipping limitation or charge applicable to a particular product or delivery address will be clearly disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.

If an order is affected by a clear pricing or technical error, we may contact the customer before fulfillment or cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

7. Taxes

Applicable sales tax may be calculated and collected during checkout based on the order, delivery destination, product type, and applicable tax requirements.

The customer will have an opportunity to review the applicable product price, taxes, and total order amount before submitting payment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

If you discover an error in your order information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that information can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or shipping.

By submitting an order, the customer authorizes Kaymarli LLC and its applicable payment processor to charge the amount clearly displayed during checkout.

For eligible U.S. orders covered by our free standard shipping service, the standard outbound shipping charge is $0.00.

Orders are subject to payment authorization and applicable fraud-prevention checks.

11. Order Processing

Most eligible orders are processed within approximately 1 business day after successful payment authorization and order verification.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays generally begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from FedEx transit time.

Additional processing time may occasionally be required because of payment verification, incorrect order information, product availability, unusually high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Free FedEx Shipping and Delivery

Kaymarli Home provides free FedEx 2-day shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

  • Estimated FedEx transit time: approximately 2 business days after shipment

A typical eligible order therefore has an estimated total timeframe of approximately 3 business days from order processing to delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Severe weather, holidays, FedEx service disruptions, incorrect addresses, transportation delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Once an order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, customers will receive shipment tracking information.

13. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Because eligible orders are primarily shipped through FedEx, some shipments may require a valid residential or commercial street address.

If a package cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for actual reshipping or carrier return-to-sender costs when applicable.

Customers will not be responsible for additional shipping costs resulting from an address or fulfillment error caused by Kaymarli Home.

14. Delivered, Lost, Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Customers should inspect their orders promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or a shipment appears lost, please contact Kaymarli Home with the applicable order information.

If a shipping or fulfillment issue caused by Kaymarli Home or FedEx is verified, Kaymarli Home will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement part, replacement product, or refund.

If we require an affected product to be returned, we will provide the applicable return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

15. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss for physical products passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This provision does not eliminate any applicable rights or remedies concerning verified lost, damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders.

16. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

Kaymarli Home covers applicable return shipping when the return results from a verified damaged product, manufacturing defect, incorrect product, significant missing component, material difference from the product description, or fulfillment error by Kaymarli Home.

Because eligible U.S. orders receive free standard outbound shipping, there is no standard outbound shipping charge to refund or deduct from an approved return.

17. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before an order enters fulfillment or shipping.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed, packed, or transferred to FedEx.

If an order is successfully canceled after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

If an order has already shipped, the customer may request an eligible return after delivery according to our Return and Refund Policy.

18. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to specific terms, including expiration dates, product exclusions, quantity limits, or one-use restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively after an order has been completed.
